I think the current 'theme' of the wiki is rather outdated. I have some changes in mind, but obviously I don't want to make any major changes without consulting you. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know what you think of my ideas.
This is the current theme which you can use to compare with the others. It uses the repeating skull pattern for the background and the red "The Enemy Wiki" wordmark. The main page is black, links and infoboxes are blue, and the header and buttons are brown.
Background and wordmark
I've updated the background and wordmark to fit the most recent covers of the books. I think it looks much better than the old skull-themed design. The wordmark is the "The Enemy" logo on the left of the header bar.
I'm not a fan of the brown colour that the header and buttons currently use, so I thought that maybe a dark blue would look better.
I think that black is a bit too dark, so I've tried out a slightly lighter background and infobox colours. It's similar to the dark grey used in the "dark theme" or "night mode" on various apps (twitter, reddit, youtube, discord, etc.) I personally think that this design looks the best out of all the others I tried.
I don't think white really fits this wiki but I've already uploaded the image so there's no harm in showing it.
Sorry for the late reply but I completely agree with these changes - it really needs this update. I really like the grey since I agree that the other colours don't fully fit the theme right. It looks so much better with the new background and the wordmark
Only admins are able to delete old pages and stuff like that. Since the old admin has been inactive for years, one of us should adopt the wiki to become an admin. Unless you have any objections, I plan to file an adoption request in a couple of days' time, and then promote you as well once I become an admin.
If you could respond with your opinion on this, that would be great. Thanks :)
